Treccia Fior di Latte

The fiordilatte has a spheroidal shape, sometimes slightly flattened; it has a white color, less chalky than that of buffalo mozzarella, from which it also differs in the greater compactness of the pasta and the more delicate flavor.

Colatura di Alici di Cetara

This ‘noble’ liquid derives from GARUM and was used by the Ancient Romans as a dressing for all their food. The colatura di alici di Cetara (Anchovy Sauce) is one of the specialities of Cetara’s culinary art and our product is prepared with the same dedication as in the past, respecting the tradition of the Amalfi Coast.

Limoncello

Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi, and island of Capri.
Traditionally, limoncello is made from the zest of Femminello St. Teresa lemons, also known as Sorrento or Sfusato lemons.
Lemon zest, or peels without the pith, is steeped in rectified spirit until the oil is released. The resulting yellow liquid is then mixed with simple syrup. Opaque limoncellos are the result of spontaneous emulsification of the sugar syrup and extracted lemon oils.

Buffalo mozzarella

Buffalo mozzarella is a mozzarella made from the milk of Italian Mediterranean buffalo. It is a dairy product traditionally manufactured in Campania, especially in the provinces of Caserta and Salerno.
The term mozzarella derives from the procedure called ‘mozzare’ which means “cutting by hand”, separating from the curd and serving in individual pieces, that is, the process of separation of the curd into small balls.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Sorrento Peninsula has a yellow colour, rather intense, with hints of green. It is extremely aromatic and it is easy to feel in it the notes of rosemary and mint. As for the taste, it is characterized by an original balance of sweet, bitter and spicy.
These special features make it perfect for tasting it raw, or for giving a touch of authenticity to a simple sauce or a tomato salad, or with fish and vegetables.
